This is a one-of-a-kind carved wood whale fin table art piece on a dyed maple base. The carved wood whale fin was an up-cycled piece that was refinished and mounted on a custom made figured maple burl base. The base was colored using water-based wood dyes, then oiled and waxed.
It measures about 20" tall on a 7"x 4" base. It has sturdy base to be displayed on a table, mantle, desk or shelf area.
